OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS - Organizer: Laura Smiley Photography, Camrose, Alberta

1. PRIZES
Two prizes are available, one in each category. Each winner receives one complimentary residential real estate listing media package including:
• Professional interior and exterior listing photography
• 2D floor plan
• Aerial/drone photographs; weather permitting where safe and legally permitted
Approximate retail value: CAD $200 per prize. No cash alternative.
2. ENTRY PERIOD
Entries open when the giveaway entry form is published on Wednesday October 21 and close November 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Entries received after closing are not eligible.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to real estate professionals who complete the Beyond the Photos survey and submit a separate giveaway entry during the entry period. No purchase or previous booking is necessary. One entry per person. There are two entry categories: (a) realtors who have previously booked Laura Smiley Photography for a real estate listing; and (b) realtors who have not previously booked Laura Smiley Photography. One prize will be awarded in each category. Entrants must provide truthful eligibility information.
4. LOCATION AND TRAVEL
The package includes service for listings located within 15 km of Camrose, Alberta. Listings beyond that radius may incur a reasonable travel charge. The amount will be disclosed and agreed to before booking. A winner is not required to accept any travel charge. If a winner declines the charge, the prize may be redeemed on another eligible listing within the included area before the expiry date.
5. REDEMPTION AND CONDITIONS
Prizes must be booked and used by May 31, 2027, subject to mutually available appointment times. Each prize covers one residential listing. Unlisted upgrades, specialized editing and other services are excluded unless agreed in writing. The property must be accessible and reasonably ready for photography. Drone services depend on weather, airspace restrictions, property conditions and safe, lawful operations; if unavailable, the organizer will discuss a reasonable alternative with the winner. No specific weather or airspace clearance is guaranteed.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
After the entry period closes, one potential winner will be selected by random draw from eligible entries in each category. Laura will contact each potential winner privately using the details submitted. A potential winner must respond within seven calendar days of notification before being declared a winner. If a potential winner is ineligible or does not respond in time another potential winner may be selected from that category.
7. GENERAL
No purchase necessary. Prize is non-transferable without the organizer's approval and is not redeemable for cash. The organizer may verify eligibility and address errors or circumstances affecting the giveaway, subject to applicable law. Any changes to published terms will be made transparently and in accordance with applicable law.
8. PRIVACY
Survey feedback is collected separately from giveaway entry information. Giveaway contact details will be used to administer the draw, verify eligibility and contact winners, not to automatically subscribe entrants to marketing communications.
9. PLATFORMS
This giveaway is organized by Laura Smiley Photography and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Google, Instagram or Facebook.
